You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from the customer as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at admin@indiabaazaar.com

If the product is ex-stock and is sold due to prior sale, the status of the product changes automatically to 90 days. And the same will be intimated to the client on their email. The delivery charges are borne by the client as per actual. For software license purchases, we procure the license directly from the OEM and will email it to you upon receipt. This back-to-back arrangement requires 3 to 14 days to complete, due to the overseas payment processing between our company and the OEM.
