Returns


Order once placed cannot be cancelled or returned to us.


Once the order is placed and if we don’t have the product in stock due to prior sale, the product delivery will automatically move to 90 days. If within 90 days, we are not able to deliver the material, the payment received by the customer would be refunded back to them.


All necessary deductions, for costs that have incurred during this sale shall be charged to the client and deducted before refunding the money.


Refunds

Order once placed cannot be cancelled or returned to us. So no refunds can be given once the order is placed.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@sketchinfotech.com

Exchanges

Echanges are not possible if you buy from Sketch Infotech India’s website.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+fc00b969d3ff48c49dd3f3e1e969aadd@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
